Our first-ever Oceanomad surf catch-up kicked off on the first day of winter—and let’s just say, it was far from chilly in spirit. What started as a spontaneous meet-up turned into an unforgettable day of good waves, a few wipeouts, and some seriously impressive floating.

We actually surfed. Kind of. But more importantly, we laughed—a lot—with a legendary crew of ocean lovers.
